Rote Graue gestrickte Socken Red and grey knitted socks knitting pattern Strickanleitung

In this mini-journal, I will share regularly what I’m currently working on and what to expect next!

What’s on my needles

During these last, cold winter days, I’m returning to a design I started months ago — it got left behind, waiting, patiently, on this very chair you see in the picture (which has sort of turned into my “work in progress” station for lack of space elsewhere).

This is going to be a triangle scarf with a simple intarsia design that I’m so very excited about. Don’t get too used to these pictures though, I will change the design a bit because in its current state, when you wear it, you can’t even see the transition from blue to white anymore, and I would like that line to still be visible. I’ll let you know once there are new pictures to see.

In the meantime, I’m resting, only working a little bit these days since I just published another pattern. Excited for my energy to return so I can dive head first into this light spring pattern.

Welcome to my Atelier!

My name is Julia Tröndle and I am an artist turned knitwear designer. I have a degree in Fine Arts but after I graduated, I realized that I’d much rather express myself artistically through designing knitwear and that’s how my brand ATELIER JULIA TRÖNDLE was born.

You can read more about me, my story and my vision for my designs here!

I hope you will enjoy spending a little chunk of your time on my website and I wish you a peaceful knitting experience making the garments I’ve designed.
